★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pudiera no pongo ni una estrella el servicio es pésimo, literalmente hay que escribirles más de una vez y por diferentes medios para suplicar el servicio de postpago, y el prepago dista de ser mejor, no hay manera de pasar de prepago a post pago y la app malísima también
 If I could, I would not put a single star, the service is terrible, you literally have to write to them more than once and by different means to beg for the postpaid service, and the prepaid is far from better, there is no way to go from prepaid to postpaid and the terrible app too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por la dimensión del servicio que aparentemente brindan, esperaba que atendieran bien. Por necesidad tramité mi Tag, pero no la recomiendo. Tardan en abonar saldo después de efectuar pago. Nunca contestan y si lo hacen de muy mala gana. Cero atención al cliente.
From the size of the service they apparently provide, I was hoping they would take good care of it. By necessity I processed my Tag, but I do not recommend it. They take time to pay the balance after making payment. They never answer and they do so reluctantly. Zero customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no llegan ni a una estrella, pero no hay manera de hacer el comentario si no les pones una estrella, pero no se la merecen , compre el tag con mucho entusiasmo para viajar de Atlixco a Puebla por al autopista, sin ningun problema al principio, cuando quise usarlo para viajar a CDMX tremenda sorpresa fue rechazado en tres casetas sin explicacion alguna en medio del caos buscar el cambio para pagar y encima de mal modo y maltrato por parte del personal, como si el echo de estar rechazado fuera culpa nuestra.
Nunca mas lo volvere a usar ni a recomendar a nadie.
They do not even reach a star, but there is no way to comment if you do not put a star on them, but they do not deserve it, I bought the tag with great enthusiasm to travel from Atlixco to Puebla by the highway, without any problem at first, When I wanted to use it to travel to CDMX, a tremendous surprise was rejected in three booths without any explanation in the middle of the chaos, looking for the change to pay and on top of it bad way and mistreatment by the staff, as if the fact of being rejected was our fault.
I will never use it again or recommend it to anyone.
