Supimos que la plataforma estaba llegando a México y decidimos sumarnos para ser de sus primeros colaboradores, la verdad es que nos ayudaron mucho porque no teníamos idea de cómo abrir una tienda en línea. Tiendanube nos resolvió muchas cosas, hizo que todo fuera más simple y con una inversión mucho menor a lo que cuesta montar un desarrollo propio. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a reparar mi impresora y ésta quedó reparada sin problema, sin embargo del taller olvidaron enviar a sucursal mi cable original y tuvieron que reponérmelo con uno nuevo. En general es buen servicio y las chicas en mostrador son amables.
I had my printer repaired and it was repaired without a problem, however the workshop forgot to send my original cable to a branch and had to replace it with a new one. In general it is good service and the girls at the counter are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No arreglaron el problema de mi equipo a pesar de que se llevó en dos ocasiones y seguía presentando el mismo inconveniente, además se hizo un gasto que no lo resolvió. Sin embargo la atención al cliente fue muy buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo muy formal pero para mi fue un muy mal servicio, me dijeron q la revisión tenia un costo de $150 pero que si la arreglaba con ellos te lo dejaban a cuenta de lo q le hicieran, se tardaron 4 días en darme un diagnóstico el cual era solamente q no servía el cargador del equipo. Me apareció un costo por medio de su app y cuando llegue al lugar me agregarlo $150 más por algo q seguramente en el momento se inventaron.
La chica q me entregó se tardó casi media hora en entregarme el equipo, no había nadie más esperando, hasta q le pregunte q más faltaba por q ya se había tardado y me dijo, nada, solo firmeme aquí... Quien sabe que tanto hacía en la computadora y en el teléfono. Muy mala experiencia, no regresaré.
All very formal but for me it was a very bad service, they told me that the revision had a cost of $150 but that if I fixed it with them they would leave it to you on account of what they did to it, it took 4 days to give me a diagnosis which it was just that the charger of the equipment did not work. A cost appeared through their app and when I arrived at the place I added $150 more for something that they surely invented at the time.
The girl who delivered me took almost half an hour to deliver the equipment, there was no one else waiting, until I asked her what else was missing because it had already taken and she told me, nothing, just sign me here... Who knows how long I did on the computer and on the phone. Very bad experience, I will not return.
