No respetaron ni tarifa ni hotel, tuve que pagar mas por hacer el cambio de hotel y avión!!! (hasta cierto punto entendí sus razones) Luego de 15 días cuando pedí nuevamente el contrato por escrito, resulta que ya no había lugar en el nuevo hotel!!!! Y tampoco vuelos!!! Nos asignaron vuelos con escalas en ida y vuelta!!!! ?Y esta vez, sin derecho a maletas ?(obvio se tuvo que pagar extra) con asientos TODOS!!! alejados uno de otro (fuimos 5 adultos y 3 menores, el más pequeño de 2 años, quien también tuvo que viajar solo). TODO UN Desastre!! También hubo errores en el nombre de mi hija en el boleto de avión.!! He estado recibiendo promociones vía whatsapp y resulta que al día siguiente que recibí esa información ya su precio era otro. Y nuevamente sin derecho a maletas!!!! La señorita que me atendió es LIZZETE PEDROZA... ?No se presten a este tipo de ENGAÑOS!!! SUS PROMOCIONES SON UN GANCHO PARA COBRAR MÁS. ?. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN!!!! NO TIENEN PENA DE SEGUIR MANDANDO SU PUBLICIDAD INSERVIBLE. Su excusa que la aerolínea así los asignó! Cómo si fuera la primera que viajo .... Jamás me había tocado un vuelo en qué mi hija menor de edad tuviera que volar sola. Pésimo! Me tocó la mala experiencia y ni ganas de volver a comprar algo ahí.
