★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservé dos tours con esta agencia, uno a Chamula y Zinacatán y otro al Cañón del Sumidero. La noche previa al de Chamula anduve con una gastroenteritis muy fuerte, por lo que les llamé desde las 8 de la mañana del día siguiente para notificarles que no podría ir. Nadie contestó. A la tarde fui a la agencia (con esfuerzo todavía enferma) para cambiar el tour y me dijeron que ya estaba perdido porque no notifiqué que no podría ir. Les enseñé el registro de llamadas (10 llamadas ni más ni menos). Me dicen "ah, no, mejor por WhatsApp". Le enseño cómo también lo intenté, pero la app me sugiere invitarles a Whatsapp porque no lo tienen. El hombre, incompasivo, solo repite "lo tienes perdido". No recomiendo para nada esta agencia, muy poca humanidad.
 I booked two tours with this agency, one to Chamula and Zinacatán and the other to the Sumidero Canyon. The night before the one in Chamula, I had a very bad gastroenteritis, so I called them from 8 in the morning the next day to notify them that I could not go. No one answered. In the afternoon I went to the agency (still sick with effort) to change the tour and they told me that I was already lost because I did not notify that I could not go. I showed them the call log (10 calls no more, no less). They tell me "ah, no, better for WhatsApp". I show him how I also tried, but the app suggests I invite them to WhatsApp because they don't have it. The man, incompassionate, just repeats "you have lost it." I do not recommend this agency at all, very little humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NADA recomendable, experiencia realmente pésima y vergonzosa. Compramos 3 tours, Primer tour tuvimos que esperar 40 min desde las 6:45 de la mañana. Para el segundo servicio, pagamos tour privado cariiisimo y el chofer no apareció, tras varias llamadas y 45 min de espera nos pusieron a otro chofer, ni siquiera se disculparon. Ademas, el primer sitio arqueológico que visitamos estaba cerrado y no lo notificaron, pagamos un tour privado para nada! Y otra vez, sin disculpa. Una agencia de viajes que dice desconocía que no se pudiese acceder al sitio arqueológico al que ofrecen visita… UNA ESTAFA! Tercer tour sin comentarios.
NOTHING recommended, really lousy and shameful experience. We bought 3 tours, First tour we had to wait 40 min from 6:45 in the morning. For the second service, we paid a very expensive private tour and the driver did not appear, after several calls and a 45-minute wait they put us in another driver, they did not even apologize. Also, the first archaeological site we visited was closed and they didn't notify us, we paid for a private tour for nothing! And again, without apology. A travel agency that says it did not know that the archaeological site they offer a visit could not be accessed ... A SCAM! Third tour without comments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos el Tour a San Juan Chamula, supuestamente incluia traslado + entrada + guia…. BUENO LA GUIA NUNCA LA TUVIMOS, viajamos 4 personas en auto y si bien el conductor era muy amable NO ERA UN GUIA, no nos explico absolutamente NADA. Entramos a la iglesia en San Juan Chamula y el ni siquiera entro con nosotros, se estaba llevando a cabo varias celebraciones y nunca tuvimos explicaciones de que era lo que estaba pasando.
UN DESASTRE Y UNA PERDIDA DE TIEMPO IR A UN LUGAR PARA NO RECIBIR EXPLICACIONES CUANDO HABIAMOS PAGADO PARA ESO.
We contracted the Tour to San Juan Chamula, it supposedly included transfer + entrance + guide…. WELL WE NEVER HAD THE GUIDE, 4 people traveled by car and although the driver was very kind, HE WAS NOT A GUIDE, he did not explain ANYTHING to us. We entered the church in San Juan Chamula and he did not even enter with us, various celebrations were taking place and we never had an explanation of what was happening.
A DISASTER AND A WASTE OF TIME TO GO TO A PLACE AND NOT RECEIVE AN EXPLANATION WHEN WE HAD PAID FOR IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice el tour del Canyon del Sumidero y la verdad que lo recomiendo. Muy buena experiencia y gran relación calidad precio. Me dieron toda la información necesaria el dia anterior y el chofer llegó a la hora concordada. Si quieren ver lo miradores acuerdense de no ir los martes, están cerrados.
I did the Sumidero Canyon tour and I really recommend it. Very good experience and great value for money. They gave me all the necessary information the day before and the driver arrived at the agreed time. If you want to see the viewpoints, remember not to go on Tuesdays, they are closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really disappointed about this service, communication and what I got for what I paid. 1. They told me I will be picked up at 4-4:10am. The driver came 40Mins late without any notification for me. Then I had to pay 250pesos more per person for a tourguide what is insane because we was 9 people. & no one at the agency told me that there will be additional costs. Later our car had an accident & we needed to wait in the middle of the night for the police and a new car. It was almost 12pm when we came back & this car is not entering the city so we haf to pay a taxi for coming home. They communicate nothing in advance. I just not got what I paid for.. I ask them friendly to give a part of what I paid back, because that would be fair, but there message was just not customer friendly. Sorry but thats just a very bad service and communication. So sad the tour people just thinking about money & not about how to give the customer the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the tour is legit. They speak only Spanish, but this regards any travel agency in San Cristobal.
Secondly, the trip to Canyon takes time so prepare for the full day.
We were promised that by 2:00-2:30, we will arrive in Chiapa de Corzo to take from there taxi to the airport (we have inform the travel agency about our flight and asked several times if we will manage). Unfortunately, this wasn’t true and at the boat deck we got information that we will be after 4 PM in Corzo. We needed to rush back to the airport by bus. Travel agent has said that we will get refund, but the driver said to us that he doesn’t have money…
So we have spent 7h in the car without the boat trip and without cash back.
If you have a lot of time and willingness to spend 6-7h in the car and 2h in the boat, the option is fine.
If you have other plans skip it as this is waste of money and a lot of stress.
