★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente necesitan mejorar su servicio al cliente: no contestan el teléfono, todo lo quieren manejar por whatsapp y tardan mucho en responder. Su horario de atención presencial es muy reducido. A su favor se puede decir que los autobuses son excelentes, hay puntualidad y cumplen con lo que ofrecen para los tours.
They definitely need to improve their customer service: they don't answer the phone, they want to handle everything by whatsapp and they take a long time to respond. Their office hours are very limited. In its favor, it can be said that the buses are excellent, they are punctual and they comply with what they offer for the tours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben mejorar en muchos aspectos: en mi caso pedí un pago a meses pero no lo efectuaron de esa forma, y aún así me cobraron la comisión. El autobús la verdad súper mal, nunca se prendió el aire acondicionado siendo que estábamos a más de 30 grados en un viaje de hasta 10 horas y el guía argumentó fallas eléctricas en la unidad. Mismas fallas que tampoco hicieron funcionar las pantallas del autobús. El guía podría ser más empático con los tiempos de quienes somos puntuales pues en cada parada o punto de reunión terminábamos saliendo hasta 1 hora después de lo acordado. NO los recomiendo.
They must improve in many aspects: in my case I asked for a monthly payment but they did not make it that way, and even so they charged me the commission. The bus was really really bad, the air conditioning never turned on as we were over 30 degrees on a trip of up to 10 hours and the guide argued electrical failures in the unit. Same glitches that didn't make the bus screens work either. The guide could be more empathetic with the times of those of us who are punctual because at each stop or meeting point we ended up leaving up to 1 hour after the agreed time. I do NOT recommend them.
