★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tal parece que los dueños o dirigentes no les importa mejorar, la atención del personal es mala, el teléfono es un milagro si lo responden o dan números que no existen, si viajas de México a San Cristóbal, te hacen esperar hasta 2 horas en tuxtla para juntar más gente y mandarla contigo, su flotilla es insuficiente, rentan autobuses. Pésimo.
Sus precios son lo que los salva, tienen que mejorar demasiado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El chico de ventanilla siempre es muy amable, te explica todo y es muy atento, me encanta saber que se puede confiar en personas como él que al preguntar será honesto en cuanto a la paqueteria y cualquier cosa con los autobuses para viajar, te explica que salidas hay cada día y te explica si hay que transbordar en Tuxtla o si elijes de una tu asiento, autobuses cómodos para el precio ejecutivo que manejan, gracias por tener personas como él atendiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me cobraron caro el boleto de ciudad de México a Chiapas el destino era san Cristóbal y me bajaron en Tuxtla,no era el camión de lujo ,apestaba peor que baño público,el chófer se paró a comer y le valió el frío de puebla ,jamás me vuelvo a subir a sus autobuses sin olvidar que en la terminal que está el parque de la soledad cobran por todo ,pésimo servicio no los utilicen
Terrible service, they charged me dearly for the ticket from Mexico City to Chiapas, the destination was San Cristóbal and they got me off in Tuxtla, it was not the luxury truck, it stunk worse than a public bathroom, the driver stopped to eat and it was worth the cold of Puebla , I never get on their buses again without forgetting that in the terminal that is the Solitude Park they charge for everything, terrible service, do not use them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared that this is not a full bus terminal, rather a busy room that is surrounded on the outside by people trying to help with bags for a fee or sell tickets for buses (we had purchased our tickets online) both of which were quite persistent. Speaking a little Spanish helps here in finding where to go/check your bags in etc. Our tickets were super cheap so it makes sense that the terminal was not as grand as others but just stay aware here.
