Es una terminal de pasajeros pero no tiene estacionamiento, aún cuando hay unos pocos cajones, exclusivos para taxis. El personal es grosero. Estamos terminando 2020, pero estos retrasados no aceptan pagos con tarjetas. Mi envío fue un experimento familiar, primera y última vez. Preferible por mucho pagar a una paquetería formal que lidiar con estos imbéciles. Se comprueba una vez más que lo barato sale caro.
Terrible service across the board. I went to the Puebla terminal to pick up a package. It is a passenger terminal but it does not have parking, even though there are a few drawers, exclusively for taxis. The staff is rude. We are finishing 2020, but these delays do not accept card payments. My shipment was a family experiment, first and last time. By far preferable to paying a formal parcel delivery than dealing with these morons. It is proven once again that cheap is expensive.
