★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y atención al cliente. Durante un viaje, el avion en el que viajaba tubo que hacer una parada de emergencia debido a que un pasajero tuvo un accidente. El problema es que yo viajaba con escala y tenia dos horas de escala. Al aterrizar en la parada de emergencia, hable con la Agencia de Viajes Blengio para avisarles y haber que podian hacer para no perder el siguiente vuelo. Impresionantemente, al aterrizar en la ciudad de escala, me vocearon en el avion, fui el primero en bajarme, y me esperaba un carrito de la aerolinea para llevarme a la siguiente puerta. Al llegar a la puerta me di cuenta que ya se habían subido todos los pasajeros y solo quedaba yo. Pues el avion me espero.... Cabe recalcar que yo solo tenia 14 años y de ahi en adelante siempre volare con Agencias de Viajes Blengio.
Excellent service and customer care. During a trip, the plane in which he was traveling had to make an emergency stop because a passenger had an accident. The problem is that I traveled with a stopover and had a two-hour stopover. When landing at the emergency stop, speak with the Blengio Travel Agency to let them know what they could do to avoid missing the next flight. Impressively, when landing in the city of stopover, they called me on the plane, I was the first to get off, and an airline cart was waiting to take me to the next door. When I got to the door I realized that all the passengers had already gotten in and only I was left. Well, the plane is waiting for me .... It should be noted that I was only 14 years old and from then on I will always fly with Blengio Travel Agencies.
