SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY / SCAM - NO UTILIZAR ESTA AGENCIA DE VIAJES Worst experience ever. I won a trip though one of their partners and was never able to use it in over 2 years. Once it was too late to book, once too early, once there were no availability, once they mistook the booking dates, and lastly they just cancelled the reservation with no believable reason only one day before the trip! After +2 years I just had to give up and lose the prize. Worst of all is their customer management, with the habit to disappear for weeks/months without answering to emails or calls, no matter how many times you try. NO RELIABILITY NO PROFESSIONALISM NO HONESTY This agency is a pure SCAM -------------------------------------------- Peor experiencia de mi vida. Gane un viaje a través de un partner de ellos y no me fue posible utilizarlo en mas de 2 años. Una vez porque la reserva fue hecha demasiado tarde, una otra demasiado antes, otra vez no había disponibilidad, otra se equivocan con la fecha, y la ultima vez cancelan la reserva sin una explicación creíble solo un día antes del viaje! Después de 2 años he decidido de renunciar al premio. La peor cosa de todo esto es su servicio de manejo de los clientes que tiene el habito de desaparecer por semanas/meses sin contestar a correos o a telefono, no importa cuanta veces intentas. NO CONFIABILIDAD NO PROFESIONALIDAD NO HONESTA Esta agencia es SCAM puro.

Do not use this travel agency. My family and I bought a vacation package for Cancun Mexico. The package was paid in Advance. The day before the travel we received a call explaining they were not able to find airplane tickets then they cancel all hotel reservations. Since that happen we haven’t received money back so we are in process to initiate legal actions against this agency.
