Constellation trips are reliable the staff is friendly and their trips are safe and punctual.

They made the reservation for my family's trip in a timely manner. They are a reliable company to travel and led by young people and who are very up-to-date on the subject of travel.

There are two reasons why I do not recommend the agency. The first: I purchased with you a trip for four people PAID weeks ago, CDMX- QUERETARO (The cheese and wine route) for Saturday May 29 (round trip), which they canceled the day before at 5: 00 in the afternoon. I consider myself an understanding person and I understand that sometimes there are unforeseen events, but to notify literally hours before when I already had all a planning, is not fair. Not all of us have the economic or time disposition to change plans from one day to the next, sadder still, it was a surprise trip. The second: I was offered a program or a refund, I requested a refund and it is worth mentioning that I never disrespect anyone or act in a hostile manner, I only expressed that I was urged to refund why I had to solve the "problem". As an answer I have obtained that they throw the ball, I check it, so-and-so checks it, I investigate it, right now they communicate, etc. And well, it is the day that they have not shared the status of my refund. I don't like walking behind people or agencies, or complaining on social media, I wouldn't have to, but I hope they give me a little attention that way, I need funds to pay for broken dishes. I hope they can give me a solution, soon.

Good choice of travel agency. I spoke with Manuel Sandoval and the treatment was excellent, thanks to him I went on my honeymoon with my wife to Puerto Escondido, the flight and all-inclusive stay was wonderful. I really recommend it highly, the service is reliable and personalized.
