No respetan para nada el horario de llegada, pero para lo que si conviene te dejan en la playa, aún sin tener la habitacion entregada, la verdad que a pesar de los malos comentarios que había leído pensamos en darle el voto de confianza, por los que mencionaban buen servicio, pero que gran arrepentida....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, cero recomendable, tanto el transporte como el hotel y los lugares que según ellos te venden en sus paquetes son falsos. No hay un buen servicio en todo el recorrido, cuando llegas al hotel solo te dan tus llaves y te votan en la nada, tienes que buscar el hotel por tu cuenta, son hoteles super escondidos y en malas condiciones, no tienen acceso para personas mayores (rampas o elevadores), no te solucionan nada, además que sus pasajeros van alcoholizados, no respetan los lugares asignados, es de muy muy mala calidad, no lo recomiendo.

There is not a good service throughout the route, when you arrive at the hotel they only give you your keys and they vote you in nothing, you have to look for the hotel on your own, they are super hidden hotels and in poor condition, they do not have access for older people (ramps or elevators), they do not solve anything, in addition to the fact that their passengers are drunk, they do not respect the assigned places, it is of very very poor quality, I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viaje el fin de semana pasado del 18 al 21 de marzo, excelente atención, solo que en plan de excursión quedamos a expensas de la puntualidad de otros clientes que llegan tarde a los puntos lo cual retrasaba el itinerario. Las chicas de coordinación muy amables, Daniel y los operadores muy atentos conmigo y mis acompañantes.
Trip last weekend from March 18 to 21, excellent attention, only that in excursion plan we were at the expense of the punctuality of other clients who arrive late at the points which delayed the itinerary. Me dijeron que el regreso sería a las 10 pm a la ciudad de Mexico, sin embargo llegamos a la primer parada a las 11:20, mi esposo perdió su vuelo porque lo pusimos a las 00:10 horas, si hubieramos llegado a la hora acordada esto no hubiera pasado.
Al llegar al hotel tardaron mucho en pasarnos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nada recomendable, eh viajado en infinad de agencias de viajes y eh sido parte de, así que se claramente puedo asegurar que no tienen buena atención al cliente, no es congruente lo que te venden a lo que recibes, no volvería a viajar en esta agencia. Si te gusta lo básico adelante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad me quedo con muy buena experiencia, te dan muy buena atención, son atentos y super amables, son en cuanto al autobús es muy limpio, puntual y llegas un poco antes a los destinos, el hotel de igual forma es muy limpio, de buena categoría y el personal muy atento, es la primera vez que viajo con ellos y fue una experiencia agradable. Además de que los precios son muy accesibles, no se dejen llevar por los comentarios negativos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El año pasado viaje con ustedes y de verdad quedé maravillado por la increíble atención y la cercanía de sus colaboradores, el hotel en buenas condiciones, ubicación del mismo excelente, costo perfecto; sin embargo este año fue un verdadero asco. La atención dejo mucho que desear, el hotel no es lo que te venden cuando pides información, la ubicación del mismo es... "Complicada", los colaboradores tomando alcohol antes de la salida. La agencia no brinda un servicio de baño sin costo, en los camiones tampoco te dejan usar los sanitarios. La atención del personal no es mala pero tampoco la mejor; en fin... Daniel, de verdad, tenías una buena agencia que sin temor se podía recomendar, hoy no se que decir.

The attention left much to be desired, the hotel is not what they sell you when you ask for information, its location is... "Complicated", the collaborators drinking alcohol before departure. The agency does not provide a bathroom service free of charge, in the trucks they do not let you use the toilets either. The attention of the staff is not bad but not the best either; Anyway... Daniel, really, you had a good agency that could be recommended without fear, today I don't know what to say.
