Compré un viaje a Disney, me dijeron que me enviarían los tickets de los parques de Disney en un mes para hacer mi reservación y confirmación (tiene aforo), al mes estuve al pendiente de mis boletos y ellos ni sabían si ya se habían liberado... Cuando me los dan, resulta que ya no hay cupo para visitar ninguno de los parques, porque la reservación se tenía que hacer en el momento de la compra (cosa que nunca dijeron y ellos nunca hicieron) pero ya no se podía cambiar fechas de vuelo porque el avión ya estaba reservado. Se metió un reclamo y nunca dieron solución a mi problema. Sigo esperando mi reembolso (que espero si lo hagan). Tuve que hacer el viaje sin poder entrar a Disney ?
Se supone que una agencia de viajes te ayuda a planificar tu viaje y ayudarte a hacer todas las reservaciones para que no exista ningún inconveniente en el viaje.
Lousy. I bought a trip to Disney, they told me they would send me the Disney park tickets in a month to make my reservation and confirmation (it has capacity), after a month I was aware of my tickets and they did not even know if they had already been released. .. When they give them to me, it turns out that there is no longer space to visit any of the parks, because the reservation had to be made at the time of purchase (which they never said and they never did) but you could no longer change dates flight because the plane was already booked. A claim was filed and they never gave a solution to my problem. I'm still waiting for my refund (which I hope they do). I had to make the trip without being able to enter Disney ?
A travel agency is supposed to help you plan your trip and help you make all the reservations so that there is no inconvenience to the trip.
