El Corte Inglés de Puebla, their services are not the best, personally they did not give me the necessary guidance, about the chepe tickets, I had to talk to them when I boarded the train, and they sent them to me at that moment by mail, I think I could have avoided that inconvenience if they had sent them to me in advance, they also changed my return flight and they only informed me verbally, they sent me the information and that because I had been calling them for 3 days before, they sent me my boarding passes 18 hours before the flight, on the trip we went two couples from the English court to Ellis they were given a better room in Divisadero, I asked why they did not give me the same room and they told me that my package was cheaper, being that It had cost me about 2 thousand pesos more, this would have been saved if they had given us equal treatment throughout the trip, they made me feel that the English court has first class and second class passengers, I got second class treatment in e This hotel, in the other hotels the treatment was the same, I also did not like that they charged us one more day of hotel, since due to changes in the airline we left the hotel at 6 am. And we did not enjoy that day we only paid one more day of stay.
