★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Del asco, muy mala línea de camiones, el chófer muy grosero y fumaba dentro del camión y paro como 2 veces a fumar, se le sorprendió manejando y con el celular en la mano, el aire acondicionado del camión no servía una porquería de línea, no lo recomiendo para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el transporte, pero abusan de la necesidad de la gente en los precios durante días festivos, los precios llegan a valer los 900 pesos en días festivos y dias normales son de 350 a 450 pesos, con los precios de días festivos ya casi quieren igualar al ADO, claro, éstos son sin seguros de viajero porque no te dan boleto, no me quejo de la atención sino de los precios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan las reservaciones vía WhatsApp de lugares si tienen la oportunidad de vender tu boleto lo hacen es recomendable ir directamente alas oficinas o buscar otros servicios.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser primera vez muy pésimo servicio.. en el boleto te pone 6pm y el camión viene saliendo a las 8pm le preguntas al de recepción y lo único que te contesta es que el chófer no ha llegado. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto ?

Compré un boleto a las 6 de la tarde Puebla-Villahermosa, llegué PUNTUAL a una GASOLINERA donde me iban a recoger (ni siquiera tienen una terminal). Me dijeron que mi camión no estaba y que llegaría hasta las 9:00 PM, he estado esperando 3 horas y media y el mismo checador que está aquí en la gasolinera me acaba de decir que los de esa empresa así engañan a sus clientes, que mi camión va a ir llegando entre 10 y 11:30 PM.
DISGUSTING IMPUNTUAL SERVICE!
