Excelente opción para viajar, todo muy bien en los recorridos los operadores muy amables, muy puntuales, profesionales en todo lo que hacen. La mejor agencia para poder recorrer Chiapas y sus hermosos lugares !!!

Si vienes en pareja y peor, reservas con tiempo, no es tu opción, te tratan de lo peor NO RECOMIENDO EL TOUR POR PALENQUE PORQUE TE TRATAN PEOR QUE SI TE LO REGALARAN. Sus chóferes te traen a las prisas y te paran cuando estás comiendo para que vayas rápido porque ellos así lo determinan. Si eres moreno como mi esposo y yo, te ignoran y sientan en lugares horribles e incómodos, le dan prioridad a las familias con más personas, por palabras del asesor de calidad, "le dan prioridad a la propina". Igual si reservas con tiempo le dan prioridad a los que agenda de última hora,tengo evidencia en imagen. Por último su servicio de calidad solo te quita tu tiempo y no te resuelve nada. Tengo 24 horas esperando respuesta a mi reembolso que me dijo ayer y por lo que veo jamas llegará PÉSIMO TRATO, PESIMO TRASLADO Y PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE. Además de eso, sus precios están por encima del promedio.

We booked 3 tours with them. My mom got sick after our first trip, so we tried cancelling since there is a pandemic and we didn’t think it was fair for other passengers to be exposed to her illness, and they didn’t want to refund us the money because it hadn’t been done 12hours ahead. Our tour was set to leave at 4am on Saturday, and we were still on our other tour at 4pm on Friday, and she still wasn’t feeling ill at that time. We asked them if it was possible to switch the dates to make sure it wasn’t anything serious and not expose others, but they said it wasn’t possible. A lady was sent to talk to me an point out that the policies were listed on their receipt, however I informed her there is no number to call listed on the receipt. The whole transaction was done by the hotel, and when I talked to the gentleman in the lobby, he said he couldn’t do anything because the trips were booked with the agency. When the gentleman arrived to pick us up I informed him that my mom wasn’t well and that we might have to skip the trip, and he said to talk to the man at the lobby. I brought them both together and asked, “who do I talk to because I feel like everyone is just pointing fingers.” The tour guide said he would give me his bosses number, and never did. I the just think it’s insane that there isn’t flexibility when the situation with public health is the way it is. I understand that traveling has its risks, but this made me realize that had it been someone else going on the excursion, in order to not lose out on money, they would’ve gone and exposed more people to illnesses, just like we could have. Since they made sure to say if I cancelled 12hrs ahead I could get my money back, I made sure and cancelled my 3rd tour with them, and won’t ever be using their services again. This agency puts money ahead of people’s health, and that’s not right.

The best private tour organizer we have ever used. They were creative and insightful in choosing the attractions. They were incredibly accommodating for the changes we wanted to make - every wish and whim was satisfied. The agency representatives were present at departures and arrivals to make sure everything was OK and the drivers kept them informed regularly during the trips.
