★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hable para una reservación desde hace tres meses y no mostraban interés, Me decian que iban a checar disponibilidad y que me regresaban la llamada y nunca lo hacían, lo intente y lo intente de nuevo y me hacían lo mismo, la señorita que diario me contestaba es jazmín y pues ya les he comprado paquetes en otras ocasiones pero siempre tengo q lidiar o pareciera mas bien suplicar un servicio!!! Afortunadamente ya después de esta ultima experiencia , preferí hablar directamente al hotel y ya hize mi reservación a lo que me salió igual o mejor por que te ofrecen mas promociones!!!! Pero muuuy mal el servicio en la agencia,pésimo y sin la educación y respeto que se merece un cliente!!!
I spoke for a reservation for three months and they showed no interest, they told me that they were going to check availability and that they called me back and they never did, I tried and tried again and they did the same thing to me, the lady who answered me daily It is jasmine and well I have already bought packages for you on other occasions but I always have to deal with it or it would rather seem to beg for a service !!! Fortunately, after this last experience, I preferred to speak directly to the hotel and I already made my reservation to what came out the same or better because they offer you more promotions !!!! But sooo bad the service in the agency, lousy and without the education and respect that a client deserves !!!
