★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos vendieron en marzo un viaje, ya estando en el viaje tuvimos que contactar para saber quién era nuestro transporte aeropuerto-hotel, y al arribar nos dice que tenemos cambio de itinerario en nuestro regreso y, todo la semana buscamos saber a qué hora era nuestro cambio de vuelo y nos lo dicen ese mismo dia después de nuestro check-out y nos dicen que no nos recogerá nuestro transporte y que nos transportemos por nuestro propio medio, y a tanto reclamar nos dijeron que nos lo reenvolsaran, estamos en ese trámite del reembolso. Esperemos no tarde mucho. Pero no vuelvo a comprar en viajes palacio.
They sold us a trip in March, and being on the trip we had to contact to know who our airport-hotel transport was, and upon arrival it tells us that we have an itinerary change on our return and, all week we seek to know what time it was our change of flight and they tell us that same day after our check-out and they tell us that our transport will not pick us up and that we transport ourselves by our own means, and both claiming they told us to return it, we are in that process of reimbursement . Let's hope it doesn't take long. But I do not buy again in palace trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A diferencia de otros viajes palacio esta es una isla muy pequeña ubicada en pb de la plaza Oasis Coyoacan, super chiquito con dos sillas para los clientes. El planear tus viajes con ellos te da la garantía que no es una agencia pequeña que pueda desaparecer de la noche a la mañana, cobran emisiones de boletos, confirmaciones de paquetes...si vas a reservar algún servicio con ellos trata que sea todo lo que necesitas para que solo te cobren una vez el cargo por servicio, si después le adicionas más cosas a tu viaje te volverán a cargar su servicio... es un tip. Garantía por la empresa que es que no te harán una mala jugada
