★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala organización, no se saben las rutas de sus viajes el conductor le tiene que estar diciendo todo y le echan la culpa al conductor cuando es error de ellos. Cobran barato sus viajes por tal motivo afecta el sueldo del conductor. Si traen mercancía el conductor tiene que estar negociando con el federal y eso le corresponde al guía que no son guías. Si viaja en esta empresa pidale a los guías que le muestren su licencia de guía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puede mejor. Los vehículos deberían de cambiar los asientos para ir más cómodo. Debido a que los viajes son largos más de 6 horas de camino. Y es cansado. Ir en sus asientos incómodos. Los vehículos deberían de tener asientos más grandes y con espacio.
You can better. Vehicles should change seats to be more comfortable. Because the trips are long more than 6 hours on the way. And it is tiring. Go in your uncomfortable seats. Vehicles should have larger and more roomy seats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicios, tanto en renta de vehículos como tours. He viajado con ellos a varios lugares y fueron grandes experiencias, muy recomendado. Son puntuales por lo tanto hay que serlo de lo contrario podrían llevarse una mala experiencia (que no es malo). En cuanto a renta de vehículo también es un gran servicio ya que puedes pedir música o conectar la que llevas en el celular, a los costados (hiace) puedes cargar la batería de tu celular lo cual es excelente si te trasladas a un lugar y al llegar no tienes dónde poner a cargar.
Excellent services, both in vehicle rental and tours. I have traveled with them to various places and they were great experiences, highly recommended. They are punctual therefore you have to be otherwise they could take a bad experience (which is not bad). As for car rental is also a great service since you can ask for music or connect the one you have on your cell phone, on the sides (hiace) you can charge your cell phone battery which is excellent if you move to a place and You have nowhere to load.

Pongo una estrella aunque sinceramente no debería dar una, NO RESPETAN EL ITINERARIO, los asientos los reparten como quieren, si vas en pareja te separan, no te dicen que al hotel llegarás 24 HORAS DESPUÉS, buscan un hotel lo más lejos de Guanajuato (40min), y claro, a ellos no les importa tú comodidad puesto los asientos están SUPER INCÓMODOS y buscan pagar LO MÁS BARATO. Para acabarla le echan la culpa al VENDEDOR y si, fué su culpa parte pero ellos como empresa tienen que supervisar. Busquen definitivamente OTRA AGENCIA y no se dejen engañar, claro, aquí el conductor que es guía y todo al mismo tiempo. Y si quieren reclamar recuerden que NO HAY DEVOLUCIONES según sus políticas de viaje...
A trip to Guanajuato... I put a star although honestly I shouldn't give one, THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE ITINERARY, the seats are distributed as they want, if you go as a couple they separate you, they do not tell you that you will arrive at the hotel 24 HOURS LATER, they look for a hotel the furthest from Guanajuato (40min), and of course, they don't care about your comfort since the seats are SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE and they want to pay THE CHEAPEST. To finish it they blame the SELLER and yes, it was part of their fault but they as a company have to supervise. Definitely look for ANOTHER AGENCY and don't be fooled, of course, here the driver who is a guide and everything at the same time. And if you want to claim, remember that there are NO REFUNDS according to their travel policies...
