★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podria incluso poner el nombre de la señorita que me atendio, me hizo pagar mis vacaciones mchisimo tiempo de adelantado y despues incumplio nuestro contrato ;( NO CONFIEN en ellos, en ninguna de sus sucursales, me tomo 1 año ahorrar para ir a la playa y antes de llegar a mi destino, el chofer nisiqiera ellos, me dice de la nada que me va dejar en otro lado porque no tenia reservacion en mi destino, me dejan en un hotel de pesimo servicio y mucho mas barato al que pague, regresando NADIE me atendio acabe pagando unas MALAS vacaciones y carisimas.
PESIMO SERVICIO
 I could even put the name of the lady who attended me, made me pay for my vacation very long in advance and then breached our contract; (they DO NOT TRUST them, in any of their branches, it took me 1 year to save to go to the beach and before arriving at my destination, the driver would not need them, he tells me that he is going to leave me somewhere else because he had no reservation at my destination, they leave me in a hotel of very poor service and much cheaper to the one I pay, returning NOBODY He attended me, I ended up paying a BAD and very expensive vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es una agencia sería, pague un paquete por dos noches a Ixtapa Zihuatanejo y cuando llegue al hotel ellos solo abian reservado una sola noche, no son serios tengan cuidado con esta agencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era muy prestigiada y confiable PERO YA NO ES ASÍ, la agencia ya no es de fiar, decayó pésimo el servicio, pagué mis vacaciones 3 meses antes y 15 minutos antes de llegar a mi destino EL CHÓFER, EL CHÓFER!!! me sale con que mi destino había cambiado, le dejaron en un hotel 2 veces más barato, sin explicación NI PREVIO AVISÓ, violaron totalmente un contrató y nisiquiera tuvieron la decencia de darme la cara al regresar, tengan cuidado! En verdad no es broma no confíen sus vacaciones a personas sin palabra como está, para algunos es muy difícil ir de vacaciones como para que gente como ellos la arruinen con su ineptitud ?
