★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ya que envié 2 cajas a san andres tuxtla y llegaron abiertas me robaron cosas y no es justo hoy llame a viajes reyna de nuevo laredo para aclarar ese problema y el señor que me contesto dijo que checo con el maletero para ver si en el camino revisaron las cosas y me dijo que no fue asi, y entonces que pasó? Quien abrió las cajas? Tengo un pruebas de como llegó mi envio y aclaro que en ningún momento estoy culpando a la señora que recibe los paquetes ? en san andres tuxtla porque ella ni tocó mis cosas. También me contestó una señora muy grosera que no me dejó ni hablar ella fue la que quiso enredar todo esto y querer culpar a la persona que recibe los envíos de san andres y termino colgando el teléfono porque lo hizo? familia y yo éramos clientes de viajes reyna porque viajábamos siempre con ellos pero a partir de hoy ya no lo somos.
