★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia....no volveria a viajar con ellos... que falta de seriedad...nos toco parte del huracan noria, viajaba con mi familia incluyendo 2 nietecitos de 2 y 6 años , el camion se descompuso ,transportaban personas en otras unidades y se olvidaron de nosotros.....nos transportaron a la central camionera mojandonos sin ninguna proteccion y el coordinador adelante bien comodo si no fuera por una chica que viajaba con nosotros...empleada de ellos no se que hubier sido de nosotros.... estoy conciente del clima nadie tiene la culpa, pero no les importo dejarnos ahi... esperando respuesta del cordinador que ya no contestaba llamadas ni whats...ojala no les pase esto nunca a su familia no se lo desro a nadie....pesimo servicio, inhumanos irresponsables....!!!!
Very bad experience .... I would not travel with them again ... that lack of seriousness ... we had part of the hurricane Ferris wheel, I was traveling with my family including 2 little grandchildren of 2 and 6 years old, the truck broke down, they transported people in other units and they forgot about us ..... they transported us to the bus station getting wet without any protection and the coordinator would go ahead very comfortable if it weren't for a girl who was traveling with us ... I don't know what their employee would have been of us .... I'm aware of the weather, no one is to blame, but they don't mind leaving us there ... waiting for a response from the coordinator who no longer answered calls or whats ... I hope this never happens to your family. I wish to anyone .... terrible service, irresponsible inhuman .... !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siento que les hace falta un plan de respuesta en caso de emergencia, como fue lo que se necesito en este viaje a Mazatlán que tuve recientemente, que a causa del huracán Nora, y no culpo a la empresa por el clima, difiero y me expresó hacia el coordinador de viaje que literalmente se olvidó de nosotros dejándonos hasta el último momento habiendo trasladado de vuelta a los demás pasajeros, tomando en cuenta que nosotros viajábamos con menores.
I feel that they need an emergency response plan, as was what was needed on this trip to Mazatlán that I had recently, that because of Hurricane Nora, and I do not blame the company for the weather, I defer and expressed towards the trip coordinator who literally forgot about us, leaving us until the last moment, having transferred the other passengers back, taking into account that we were traveling with minors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El camión se descompuso en el regreso, nos cambiaron de camión a uno en muy malas condiciones y con menos lugares, tuvieron que mandar a personas en camiones de línea. No resuelven nada cuando llamas a las oficinas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente agencia de viajes, precios muy buenos que incluyen transporte y hospedaje a lugares turísticos que todos debemos de ir alguna vez, solo si tiene algunos detalles con base a precios actuales a veces te da un norte de precios que te van a costar los paseos en los lugares turísticos pero no siempre están actualizados o tienen cierta discrepancia de hay en más es una muy buena opción para planear y salir de vacaciones
Excellent travel agency, very good prices that include transportation and accommodation to tourist places that we should all go to sometime, only if you have some details based on current prices, sometimes it gives you a north of prices that the trips in tourist places but they are not always up to date or have a certain discrepancy from there in more is a very good option to plan and go on vacation
