Terrible service, a package was separated with them since May of last year, they paid in cash and they canceled a day before, it is a date that they still cannot reschedule us, they do not answer emails, messages or calls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia no fue buena. Comenzando porque eran supremamente demorados en llegar a recogernos, además las dos guías no tenían nada de profesionales. Al llegar al destino no cumplieron con lo prometido en el paquete. UN BOTE NO ES UN YATE. Pésimo servicio, pésimo orden. Todo mal.
My experience was not good. Starting because they were extremely slow to come to pick us up, also the two guides were not professional at all. Upon arrival at the destination, they did not comply with what was promised in the package. A BOAT IS NOT A YACHT. Terrible service, terrible order. All wrong.

Viaje recientemente al tren chepe con ellos y definitivamente NO cumplen con lo que venden (cambian el itinerario que te vendieron y no te avisan)te venden un tour dentro de otro tour (que ya pagaste) no cumplen con todos los paseos, la persona o guía que va contigo super mal organizada le preguntas y no sabe dar solución y encima exigen puntualidad y llegan 1 hora tarde!!! CERO RECOMENDABLE debería de dar opción de poner -4 estrellas
TERRIBLE SERVICE! I recently traveled to the Chepe train with them and they definitely DO NOT comply with what they sell (they change the itinerary they sold you and do not notify you) they sell you a tour within another tour (that you already paid for) they do not comply with all the rides, the person or Guide that goes with you, super poorly organized, you ask him and he does not know how to give a solution and above all, they demand punctuality and arrive 1 hour late !!! ZERO RECOMMENDED should give the option to put -4 stars
