Me llevo una pésima experiencia de un tour que hice con ellos. El conductor manejaba pésimo y aceleraba incluso en las curvas. Por otro lado, con respecto a las medidas sanitarias ante el covid, son NULAS. Los otros pasajeros iban sin cubrebocas, hablando y pasándose la comida en el transporte. Nunca se les solicitó tomar precauciones o medidas sanitarias. No llevábamos guía, solo conductor, quien no nos dijo a qué hora nos veíamos ni en donde para regresar a San Cristóbal de las casas, por lo que unas personas se "perdieron" y las tuvimos que esperar una hora y media para poder regresar. NO lo recomiendo para nada, hay muchas agencias de viajes en San Cristóbal, busquen otra para que tengan una experiencia digna y un buen recuerdo.

Le doy un 4 por el servicio de las chicas y chicos que venden los tours, deberian ser mas serviciales y estar acostumbrados a que si no somos de la zona haremos muchas preguntas. Aun a pesar de todo y lo que salva esta agencia y un plus es el excelente servicio de Efrain, tomamos el tour con el del cañon del sumidero y Chiapa de corzo y nos explico desde a donde ibamos y la historia del lugar, es muy amable y atento, volveria a tomar un tour en esta agencia solo por su excelente servicio! Solo un comentario viajeros, todos los prwstadores de servicios no tienen un sueldo alto, asi q tambien viven de las propinas y si esta dando un excelente servicio, merecen una recompensa! Dato importante! En estas fotos les muestro a Efrain, es el chico de verde o azul, delgado q esta de perfil, morenito.

Ein Reisebüro, deren Mitarbeiter auch Englisch sprechen und sich wirklich um dich kümmern. Bin mit Ihnen nach Guatemala gefahren. Lief alles einwandfrei.

Boek alstublieft geen paardenrit, bij geen enkel reisbureau!! U kunt beter naar Rancho Nuevo of Rancho evergreen gaan. De ranch waar de reisbureaus standaard mee samenwerken is echt niet oké. Het pad is onveilig (een ruiter viel van haar paard toen deze niet tegen de berg omhoog kon komen over de gladde stenen), de paarden worden heel hard behandeld en geslagen alsof het voorwerpen zijn en de gidsen zijn jong en onprofessioneel (zaten met zijn tweeën op één paard waarna zij zelf ook van het paard vielen op het steile, gladde pad). Verwacht absoluut geen mooie rit door de natuur. Je neemt de kortste route (40 minuten ongeveer) langs een vervuilde weg naar Chamula, wordt daar 1,5 uur gedropt en dan rijd je weer zo'n 40 minuten over dezelfde weg terug naar de verzamelplaats.

An adequate tour to Chamula and Zincantan, but the driver was 30 mins late, was pleasant but uninspiring and his English was poor. Could have been much better.

Anything that had to do with the tour company was overall bad. The driver drove poorly, very fast in very sharp turns, coming out of the carriageway, not keeping adequate distance from the vehicle in front, breaking abruptly (the road has 300 speed bumps so you really feel that), checking his phone while driving. He had the engine die on him three times. My boyfriend got car sick because of it, and he doesn’t have problems usually. The driver obviously did not speak a word of English. The car is very small with not enough leg room and both of us are average height. There’s no overhead storage so you either keep the backpack in your lap or under the seat which for a 19h tour can get very annoying. Water from the AC dripped on me throughout the ride. For the first few stops, the driver did not give us any indication about how much time we had before coming back which meant that some of the people really took their significant time at each stop. As a result, we only had 1h30 min for Palenque (last stop) which should have been a 2h tour. We were rushed out by the guards there thus wasting a quarter of our tour time which was not cheap. We were taken for lunch at 3pm having had breakfast at 7am. The place to which we were taken had very limited options meaning that 18/20 people on the tour refused to eat there. My boyfriend and I didn’t think we had much option so we went in the restaurant not knowing that the others had returned to the car. I had put some fruit on my plate and the driver came to tell me the other people didn’t want to pay 160 pesos for that food and that we should get whatever we wanted takeaway to eat on our way to Palenque in the van. I said I’d rather not take any food at all and just go as I had some snacks with me but the restaurant staff asked me to pay for the fruit I had placed on the plate yet not eaten. They dropped it when I argued with them in Spanish. I would not recommend this company to my friends. The places we visited though were truly spectacular and I am glad I got to see them though the experience was somewhat ruined by the tour operator.

WORST ORGANISATION - DON‘T BOOK! We‘ve booked a shuttle to Guatemala one week before and they confirmed everything via Whatsapp, one night prior to our tour they canceled it due to a full bus, of course after we asked about infos several times. Then we went to the office and kind of managed to get a spot. Somebody came to pick us up in the morning and after 10min they told us we need to get out of the bus and wait for another transport because that one was full. The drive took 14h in an uncomfortable shuttle and the driver in Guatemala was driving really dangerous, there were several moments where we almost had an accident (and we did quite a few bus trips in Latinamerica). So PLEASE support another company in this town that is worth your money.

I did the day trip from San Cristobal to palenque (agua azul, misol-ha, temple of inscriptions archeological site) and was super happy. Luis the driver was friendly, professional and flexible. Very punctual too. We spent 10 hours in the van all day (5hrs each way) and he drove at a good pace, fast but very comfortable, I felt safe at all times. Van was clean and in good shape. The places themselves were phenomenal. Highly recommend! Gracias Luis!
