R	RUBI DE LA MORA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia de toda mi vida en Viajes, son un total y completamente fraude, la verdad que el servicio, las coordinadoras de viaje, la atención de tanto ellas y la empresa es lo peor de todo. Salimos según a disfrutar a divertirnos y fue todo lo contrarío llenos de enojo, impotencia, cansados y hasta traumados de toda la mala experiencia que vivimos. Me siento desilusionada de haber desperdiciado mi fin de semana, el Primer día todo regular uno Buscando y viéndole el lado positivo de todo cuando no estaba bien nada del Primer día pero uno iba dispuesto a divertirse, después de que caminamos horas y horas pero ya el segundo día fue un caos verdaderamente y hasta el Día de hoy no hemos tenido respuesta por parte de esta agencia nos tuvimos que transbordar nosotros mismos como Grupo solos a la central para subirnos a camiones ajenos a la empresa esta que contratamos tuvimos que pagar taxis pararlos nosotros mismos en plena carretera y las coordinadoras como si nada, y uno batiéndose por todos lados con tal de llegar al hotel ? ósea es poco lo que estoy escribiendo con todo lo que nos pasó. Es la peor experiencia y sobre todo que ellos como Empresa no se responsabilicen de los pasajeros que llevan según de paseo NUNCA ME HABÍA SENTIDO TAN MAL Y TAN IMPOTENTE COMO ESOS DÍAS DE PESADILLA en la foto se puede ver cuando tuvimos que transbordar camión nosotros solos en la Central para irnos a Morelia, xq la empresa no se hizo cargo de nada It is the worst experience of my whole life in Travel, they are a total and completely fraud, the truth that the service, the trip coordinators, the attention of both them and the company is the worst of all.
