k	karla soto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se horrible servicio, algunas de sus unidades están en pésimo estado a nosotras nos trajeron de Ixtapa y nos regresamos asandonos de Ixtapa hasta antes de Uruapan, el chófer súper grosero su aire acondicionado no servía y tiraba agua, le pedí un trapo para limpiar xq estaba una gotera sobre algunos pasajeros y de rato me la pidió y cuando se le volvió a requerir respondió con pésima actitud.. Horrible service, some of their units are in terrible condition they brought us from Ixtapa and we got back from Ixtapa until before Uruapan, the super rude driver his air conditioner did not work and threw water, I asked him for a cleaning cloth xq was a leak on some passengers and for a while he asked for it and when it was required again he responded with a terrible attitude ..
E	Ela Selarom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar a la agencia las personas fueron muy amables, adquirí un traslado Morelia-Zihuatanejo-Morelia y todo super bien, pero en otras ocasiones les he preguntado por traslados pero no contestan mis llamadas ni mis mensajes ??‍♀️ quedo pendiente otro traslado para una amiga y según me resolvería y nada ? creo se cotizan demasiado ??‍♀️ o no les interésa vender traslados ? Upon arriving at the agency the people were very friendly, I acquired a Morelia-Zihuatanejo-Morelia transfer and everything was very good, but on other occasions I have asked them for transfers but they do not answer my calls or my messages ??‍♀️ I still have another transfer pending a friend and as I would solve and nothing ? I think they are quoted too much ??‍♀️ or are not interested in selling transfers ?
