★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato. El staff es de lo más grosero o al menos la agente Cecilia Larios que me atendio a mi parecía que estaba de malas. Me interrumpió en todo momento y contestaba de mala manera a cualquier pregunta, vamos que sólo le falto callarme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una cotización a la Señorita Cecilia y le di a grandes rasgos lo que quería, me indico que le escribiera por correo , le escribí y me respondió que cual era mi presupuesto.
De primera mando, no quería indicarle mi presupuesto ya que de ahí pueden inflarse para incrementar el costo. Pero solo pregunte aceptas tarjeta de crédito o solo efectivo?.. y desde ahí la señora no le dio seguimiento.
Siempre he trabajando con Palacio de Hierro , esta vez quise probar otra agencia para saber si los cruceros salían mas económicos.
pero mi perspectiva es que creyó que no tenia para pagar el viaje por que le indique si tenia crédito y por que no quise dar mi presupuesto.. Entonces , agencias a si no sirven , no dan seguimiento al cliente y aparte no les interesa.
I requested a quote from Miss Cecilia and I gave her roughly what she wanted, she told me to write to her by mail, I wrote to her and she replied that what my budget was.
At first command, I did not want to indicate my budget since from there they can be inflated to increase the cost. But just ask do you accept credit card or only cash?... and from there the lady did not follow up.
I have always worked with Palacio de Hierro, this time I wanted to try another agency to find out if the cruises were cheaper.
but my perspective is that he thought he didn't have to pay for the trip because I told him if I had credit and because I didn't want to give my budget. So, agencies don't work, they don't follow up with the client and apart from that they are not interested.
