★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unos incompetentes!!! Supuestamente dan el servicio de traducción. Deje mis papeles el día 12 de diciembre para traducción: acta de nacimiento y mi certificado de secundaria( pagando por adelantado una parte, dejando documentos originales) con la señora Olena Barabash y que la verdad está señora no sabe trabajar con clientes. Al dejar documentos lo normal deje todos mis datos móvil, fijo, email. Pasan los meses le mando varios emails preguntando que se sabe de mi traducción y la señora nunca se molestó ni siquiera contestar. Después de varias llamadas insistentes, su escusa es que no sabía como comunicarse conmigo y ahora me pide el pasaporte completo( tomando en cuenta que estamos en México y teniendo todos mis papeles originales, la señora ya puede hacer lo que le de la gana con mis documentos( robo de identidad, pedir préstamos y en general muchas cosas), que nunca le Di mi pasaporte y es cuando ya me harte de su incompetencia. Bueno arreglando con el dueño hot el día 25 de abril me entregan solamente mi acta de nacimiento traducida( y mal traducida ya que el nombre de mi madre no coincide), y certificado de secundaria no saben nada, cuando tengo un compromiso en papel escrito que estoy dejando dos documentos para la traducción. En fin NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE, CON UNA COSA TAN SENCILLA 5 meses y pagando bien no cualquier cosa.
Some incompetent !!! Supposedly they provide the translation service. I left my papers on December 12 for translation: birth certificate and my high school certificate (paying a part in advance, leaving original documents) with Mrs. Olena Barabash and that the truth is that she does not know how to work with clients. When leaving documents, I normally leave all my data mobile, landline, email. Months go by and I send him several emails asking what is known of my translation and the lady never bothered even answering. After several insistent calls, her excuse is that she did not know how to communicate with me and now she asks for my full passport (taking into account that we are in Mexico and having all my original papers, the lady can now do what she pleases with my documents (identity theft, asking for loans and in general many things), that I never gave him my passport and that is when I already get fed up with his incompetence. (and poorly translated since my mother's name does not match), and high school certificate do not know anything, when I have a written commitment that I am leaving two documents for translation. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, WITH ONE THING SO SIMPLE 5 months and paying well not anything.
