★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, yo ya he puesto 3 pedidos con un total de 15 bolsas y 4 carteras aproximadamante, mi experiencia a sido casi totalmente satisfactoria.
Una de las bolsas blanca con cafe, se descosio del asa donde cuelga a los tres dias de uso de un cliente, escribi y se ofrecieron a que enviara bolso de regreso a mi costo y despues creo re-embolsan, el caso es que deja una mala impresion .
Otro detalle en el ultimo pedido, encargue una cartera color miel y me enviaron una azul metalico, despues me di cuenta que se habia agotado y ellos decidieron enviar otro color. Esto no es correcto.
El producto en si es muy buena calidad excepto algunos como la que se descosio que no le pusieron atencion a control de calidad.

Hello, I have already placed 3 orders with a total of 15 bags and 4 wallets approximately, my experience has been almost totally satisfactory.
One of the white bags with coffee, detached from the handle where it hangs after three days of use by a client, wrote and they offered to send the bag back at my cost and then I think they re-bagged, the fact is that it leaves a bad impression .
Another detail in the last order, I ordered a honey colored wallet and they sent me a metallic blue one, later I realized that it was out of stock and they decided to send another color. This is not correct.
The product itself is very good quality except for some, like the one that broke down, that did not pay attention to quality control.
