★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unas ineptas las empleadas del centro de atención en Xalapa. No dan soluciones, no respetan el orden de los clientes y además te atienden de mala gana como si te regalaran la mercancía. Solo fui a perder mi tiempo. Me retiro de esas ventas hasta que cambien a su ineficiente personal. Pongo una estrella por mero requisito pero no se merecen ni media estrella
The employees at the service center in Xalapa are inept. They do not give solutions, they do not respect the order of the customers and also they serve you reluctantly as if they were giving you the merchandise. I just went to waste my time. I withdraw from those sales until they change their inefficient staff. I put a star by mere requirement but they do not deserve even half a star

Y ahora con esta modalidad de "en linea" es peor, no son resolutivas nunca tienen nada, pero cuando vas a la tienda resulta que si hay producto para entrega inmediata!
Son muy mal encaradas hasta para cuando se les va a pagar!! En verdad foco con eso, hace un ambiente de compra bastante pesado!!! Ojalá pudieran cambiar el personal!!! Antes había un chico muy muy accesible y resolutivo, ojalá tuvieran gente así!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio las señoras que atienden siempre están amargadas ojalá que la dueña o el dueño de Vianney les pudiera llamar la tensión por qué así como yo hay muchas personas que se quejan de el mal genio que tienen de que sirve que tengan muchas cosas en existencia si por el mal carácter ni ganas dan de entrar a comprar ??
