★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia de compra desagradable a la hora de hacer una devolucion .el personal no esta capacitado para hacer devoluciones a tarjetas al menos en esa sucutsal y la politica de satisfaccion al cliente no se aplica a pesar de que el ticket dice que si en 30 dias se puede devolver.si no cumple la satisfaccion esperada.es razonable entender que se devolvera nuevo pero El solo hecho de llegar a justificar y explicar la devolucion fue fustrante. La politica aplica si lo devulve a condicion de que lo cambie x otra cosas el monto que en mi caso no funcionaba y en el proceso de devolucion pasamos desde una oportunidad de fraude de un sitio web falso (no culpa de V) hasta capacitar en linea a la persona para hacer una devolucion tarjeta no culpo a la persona pero es evidente que la politica mal aplicada mas una incorrecta capacitacion de satisfaccion al cliente puede desanimar a cualquiera...que en mi caso ya contemplaba venderlo x fuera.

The policy applies if I return it on the condition that I change it x other things the amount that in my case did not work and in the return process we went from a fraud opportunity from a fake website (not V's fault) to training online I do not blame the person to make a return card but it is evident that the poorly applied policy plus an incorrect customer satisfaction training can discourage anyone ... which in my case was already contemplating selling it outside.
