Los modelos y diseños están bonitos y de buena calidad sin embargo la atención pésima pedi un juego de sábanas Queen Size y me dieron matrimonial a la hora de solicitar el cambio no me lo quisieron hacer por que el gerente no está, y dicen la vendedora ese es su problema cuando no fui yo quien agarro el producto sino que se le solicito a ella y muy en específico solicitamos de tamaño Queen y de entrega inmediata. Nada recomendable la afiliación compré más de 1000 y no te agarraron los "puntos"
What an unpleasant experience to buy at Vianey Centro Urbano. The models and designs are beautiful and of good quality, however, the lousy attention asked for a set of Queen Size sheets and they gave me a double at the time of requesting the change, they did not want to do it because the manager is not there, and the saleswoman says that It is her problem when it was not me who took the product but rather it was requested from her and very specifically we requested Queen size and immediate delivery.
