★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice cierra pronto llegue domingo 3:40 de la tarde y ya estaba cerrado. Creo que deben respetar la hora o poner dejamos de dar servicio 20 min antes de la hra de cierre por corte de caja.
Que pena que no respeten los horarios
It says it closes soon it arrives Sunday 3:40 in the afternoon and it was already closed. I think that they should respect the time or stop giving service 20 min before closing time by cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muchos productos, si no los tienen en existencia los pedidos se toman los lunes y jueves. Tienen espacio de estacionamiento. Hay mesitas y folletos para mirar. El personal es muy servicial y amigable. Es mejor ir porque en los catálogos los colores difieren a la realidad
They have many products, if they do not have them in stock, orders are taken on Mondays and Thursdays. They have parking space. There are little tables and brochures to look at. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is better to go because in the catalogs the colors differ from reality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice mi pedido hace mas de 10 dias y al llegar al local no tenian lo encargado. El espacio de los locales es muy pequeño para la demanda que hay de compradores. La calidad es buena pero de nada sirve eso si tengo que esperar un mes para que me entreguen una cobija que engargue con antelacion de hace mas de diez dias. Fui a otro local para corroborar si tenian stock para mi sorpresa otra señora tambien habia encargado lo mismo y le dijeron que su pedido al igual que el mio estaria llegando para enero 2020. Sino tienen el producto mejor no lo publiquen en la revista. La otra sugerencia es ampliar mas los locales para que surja mas fluides a la hora de hacer los pagos ya que la gente se amontona y la espera se hace eterna.
I placed my order more than 10 days ago and upon arrival at the store they did not have the charge. The space of the premises is very small for the demand of buyers. The quality is good but that is of no use if I have to wait a month for them to give me a blanket that I delivered in advance more than ten days ago. I went to another place to confirm if they had stock to my surprise another lady had also ordered the same thing and they told her that her order, like mine, would be arriving by January 2020. If they don't have the best product, don't publish it in the magazine. The other suggestion is to expand more the premises so that more fluids arise at the time of making the payments since the people are piled up and the wait becomes eternal.
