Nunca te enteras si te llegó tu pedido o no porque no responden los teléfonos ni el WhatsApp. Me llegó a pasar que a los días de mi pedido, me dicen que se les borró el sistema y que tendría que rehacer mi pedido y esperar más días. Al final nunca supe si me llegó mi pedido, por teléfono nunca me contestaron y en persona no pudieron hallarlo. No recomiendo que pierdan su tiempo en esta sucursal.
 Terrible service. You never find out if your order has arrived or not because the phones or WhatsApp do not respond. It happened to me that a few days after my order, they told me that the system was deleted and that I would have to redo my order and wait more days. In the end, I never knew if my order arrived, they never answered me over the phone and they couldn't find it in person. I do not recommend wasting your time at this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si bien entiendo que el negocio es la venta fuera del local y que este punto es de entrega a distribuidores más que un punto de venta creo que se debería mantener ordenado y limpio. Además al atender a las distribuidoras deberían ser más prácticas para buscar los pedidos mediante el código (folio) y no mediante el nombre ya que hay homónimos o errores de escritura y como detalle de protección deberían de verificar las prendas entregadas ahí mismo dentro de sucursal o por lo menos invitar al vendedor a que lo haga para evitar devoluciones.

Although I understand that the business is off-premises sales and that this point is for delivery to distributors rather than a point of sale, I believe that it should be kept tidy and clean. In addition, when attending distributors, they should be more practical to search for orders by code (folio) and not by name, since there are homonyms or spelling errors, and as a protection detail, they should verify the garments delivered right there within the branch or at least invite the seller to do so to avoid returns.
