★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habíamos comprado 3 edredones en otra sucursal, 2 individuales y 1 matrimonial iguales. Pero el contenido no era el del empaque, eran 2 matrimoniales y 1 individual. Esta sucursal la única con existencia para hacerme el cambio. Mi esposa es la titular. Hubo problemas porque yo no era el titular y ¡la colcha errónea además venia manchada de fábrica!. Sin embargo el encargado comprendió que no era mi culpa y que me urgía el cambio. Le acrezco qué haya hecho el cambio.
We had bought 3 quilts in another branch, 2 singles and 1 double. But the content was not that of the packaging, they were 2 matrimonial and 1 individual. This branch is the only one with existence to make the change. My wife is the owner. There were problems because I was not the owner and the wrong quilt was also stained from the factory! However, the manager understood that it was not my fault and that the change was urgent. I agree that you have made the change.
