I have had several treatments at this clinic and have always had excellent results. The staff are very friendly and professional and the facilities are top notch. As for prices, it seems to me that they are fair, the treatments are not given away but neither are they impossible, they have many forms of payment.

This is the 3rd time I have had treatments here and they have a lousy organization. 1. I was literally on my way to my touch-up and almost at the time of my appointment they told me that they couldn't do the touch-up because a month had already passed (information they never gave me) they didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake and I was going to lose that touch up, until an acquaintance stepped in because he knows someone who works there. 2. They send you the time of your wrong appointment, I arrived at 11:00 through his WhatsApp and now it turns out that it is at 11:30 in his agenda, I have been waiting for ONE HOUR to be attended and when I ask him To the receptionist how much more was missing, she very rudely replied that she did not know (I understand that you do not know, but there are ways to respond, I have been here for 1 hour and I have a tone and a zero empathetic response. 3. I literally brought my cousins ​​to have treatments done here and they offered them a free facial, even when they wanted to claim it they told me that they are super deaf to schedule you and they preferred better not to exchange it, due to the disorganization they bring. The truth is, if you are thinking of having a treatment here, I recommend other places with better attention and order, this was my third and last time, zero they put themselves in the place of their client.
