I had really bad experience today in this place. from the very beginning, when my husband and I sat down at the table, there was a dead insect on my plate. We were in a good mood, we didn't want to argue. Besides, we were very hungry, so we decided to stay. The waiter changed that plate. We were only together with my husband, but the music played as loud as in the club. The waiter brought us a compliment - crispbreads and 4 hot sauces. the crispbreads were too burnt. the first dish was oysters. it is unclear why they were stuffed with bacon. I don’t eat meat, so I couldn’t eat them. my husband was brought an unevenly salted steak, somewhere this steak was terribly salty, and somewhere without salt at all. the shrimp were also tasteless. funny that the most delicious thing about this restaurant was the fries.

Dinner at Vicente was a highlight of our trip. Incredible service, artistic bartending, excellent food. The ribeye with Vicente potatoes were to die for. Perfect finale to the trip.

Amazing! Ate here twice and the service is incredible, the food is delicious, and the drinks are so lovely. Make sure you leave room for dessert, I have never had a better cake in my life!

Dining here was a delightful experience we enjoyed the entire service from the the meeting greeting being served to the end our waiter Chava was pleasant and warm

First part not that important, read below of text is too long. Very poor experience at this place. First of all had 3 waitresses and the manager at our table, turing the evening, to get the orders right, because they dont understand english. Went on friday early evening with my girlfriend. Started with the order of apetizers and drinks(water, beer, white whine). Waiter came back told they are out of that beer and no white whine at all. Okay, ordered different drinks, the water was forgotten. Meanwhile we had decided on our main course, again they didnt have what we ordered. Once the food came the apetizers and main all came at the same time. Whats the point of the apetizer anymore??. Ordered another drink which again they didnt have. Again had to pick something else. ----------All of the above actually didnt eaven bother us that much, but once the invoice came... There were incorect drinks with almost double the price, secondly some of the things we wanted to order but they didnt have were also on the invoice. Once they fixed the invoice the waiter had the nerve to ask, do I want to leave 10 or 15% tip. The food was okay, nothing special, not worthy of the price. Cocktails were good.

This restaurant was very classy and had a great ambience. Our waiter was excellent and their food very tasty. Serviced First Class. We first sat on the outside section which we were not aware you can smoke and when we asked to be changed to the inside it happened very quickly without any hassle. Loved it I will recommend!

Awesome experiance! The staff was fantastic, the food was incredible, and we will be back. The manager, Raul, was amazing. He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected.

The steak was awesome in flavor, however both steaks arrived way under cooked. We ordered medium and it was cold and raw in the center. But, they took them back and cooked them more. The house potatoes were lacklustre. My reason for only three stars was the service. Very slow, there were only three tables occupied, we had to flag down our server whenever we needed anything. Most of the time he was standing next to two management people in a corner. The ambience was great. They just need to provide better service. There are many many places in the hotel Zone with great steak and awesome service. This place did not impress
