La comida es riquísima pedimos los Jalapeños con RIB EYE, corte PORTER HOUSE, ensalada de sandía, recomendado 100% las bebidas 10/10. Las salsas sin mucho sabor, la coctelería toda super rica y muy variada. Pedimos unos sopes de rabo de toro muy buenos y luego unos tacos de short rib pasables pero nada del otro mundo. El corte de carne fue de centro de lomo me parece y era 3/4 pero la verdad estaba bastante seca y sin mucho sabor. El postre muy rico solo que si bastante abundante. Me parece que está bien, solo que si le falta un poco a su cocina. El trato de los meseros atento y amables. Al salir te dan un chocolate delicioso. Después pedimos jugo de carne y un corte de New York de 500grs, tacos de rib eye y pulpo a las brasas con papas fritas y camote frito. Todo muy rico y en su punto solo el pulpo estaba un poco frío. De postre Big trufa Delicioso!! Me gustaría reconocer el servicio es de primera la verdad todos muy atentos hasta los mínimos detalles, la verdad de 10! Excelente lugar nos la pasamos padrísimo . La calidad de la carne es superior a la comercial sin embargo no llega a ser premium, el servicio de cubierto es bueno, con variedad de salsas y un queso muy rico. El servicio de mixiología es excelente en variedad y calidad. El servicio de los meseros es hostigante, sientes su mirada todo el tiempo, te apresuran para tomar decisiones de la carta con una notable ansiedad. El postre fue lo mejor, helado de buena calidad y porción muy abundante. Evaluación global 8/10.
