★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bastante agradable para intercambiar conocimiento y trabajar el campo mexicano, los habitantes en especial los pertenecientes al proyecto son muy amables y hospitalarios, cabe resaltar trabajan con técnicas de agricultura ecológica o agricultura limpia, basada en muchas primicias que propone la agroecología.
Cabe recordar que ellos promueven el conocimiento de campesino a campesinos con lo cual no se pierde el conocimiento tradicional así como el resguardo de los cultivos en especial las variedades autóctonas.
Resalta la importancia del lugar con su feria de semillas que realizan cada año en la cual participa una gran cantidad de personas. Investigadores, profesores, campesinos, público general y estudiantes.
