Breakfast included with stay. Room was basic. Front desk staff weren't very welcoming. A little far from the centro.

This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We liked that is centralized, close to many places and staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have been here on vacation for over a week, the rooms definitely need updating. The first day I went down to the bar, I was seated and nobody returned to take my order. The breakfast is boring and routine, almost the same food every single day. The restaurant is too small to accommodate the hotel. We don't have a microwave or fridge. The tile in our room was cracked.The elevators are Soo slow and they stop at every floor. The pool is Ok. needed to be cleaned and some areas are chipping off. There is definitely better out there The (RIU) The (Double tree). My family stayed as long as we did because it was inexpensive and we only came to shower and sleep. I probably wouldn't return!!

The hotel has a nice pool and decent rooms. But the restaurant hospitality is awful and the restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel. The service in general is below par, and you can't even buy the basics like pain relievers and bottle of water. I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Guadalajara is a lovely city, though.

Checked in; courteous checkin; very poor appearance of hotel lobby...rundown; scratched up elevator; awful dark room. Looked nothing like it did when I stayed there 4 years ago. Requested another updated room; got asked to meet associate on 5th floor and no one showed up. Then went back down 10 mins after with my luggage and they offered a room but said all look the same. Told them I did not like it. Refund offered and the guy had no clue how to issue refund. Two hours and three people later they said system down and to wait 2 days for credit card refund to be stastarteNo manager on site. What nonsense? Rinky dink operation! Ended up having to call my credit card co in Canada to disallow charges. Very frustrating encounter. Never book nor stay there. No apology nothing and they dinged me one night even though reservation was made same day for a week and I arrived before 6pm. Worst serserviceer. Will never set foot here again.

We liked the hotel, the pool and the breakfast. But afterwards we discovered that we have been charged twice, and the same thing happened to our friends staying there. It's a pity, because it changed a good experience to something frustrating, because it is hard to get in touch with the hotel through phone and email.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Kids running wild in the hallways at all hours! Not their fault. Parents won't supervise. Hotel should make upper floors "Adults Only", especially on weekends, and offer this option.
