★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much of it is very run down, things are broken, or unfinished. There are buildings that were started years ago and never completed. It does feel very safe and some of the surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful but many of the picture is posted on here are renders of what the neighborhood was meant to look like not what it looks like in real life.
