★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos una impresora Brother que nunca ha funcionado y al llamar al teléfono que nos proporcionaron me cuelgan, me dejan en visto y cuando los contacte por su pagina via chat, me dijeron que vaya a la sucursal que ahí me atienden porque en el chat solo hablo con el corporativo y ellos no pueden solucionar, al revisar el ticket dice que mi garantía es de 72 hrs y que cualquier arreglo deberá correr por nuestra cuenta, no recomiendo comprar impresoras con ellos, y de una vez absténganse de ofrecerme un descuento, mejor revisen los productos que venden en las sucursales a nombre de su "corporativo" esto me paso en la sucursal de San Juan
