★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un espacio pequeño, sin embargo muy agradable, cuenta con baños, espacio para público en general con capacidad para 350 personas aproximadamente, cuenta con vista al mar, las instalaciones cuentas con equipos de audio, staff, media, librería entre otras cosas, la iluminación es adecuada ya que por el gran ventanal por las mañanas y las tardes no necesitan de iluminación artificial.
