★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff members are so wonderful, caring and supportive. However, the owner is a different story. I had had bedbugs, and he did nothing about it. (Have photos to prove it). Also, do not give him with your debit card under no circumstances. I gave him mine, and when I wanted it back he refused. So I had to call .The bottom line is, the staff is absolutely great. But Miguel only tinks about himself and not about the people he is entrusted to care for.
