They have no training. They are not professionals. Waste of time. Don’t go.

Pros: clean location, relatively quiet, away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave. Therapist was very nice, and spoke a lot of English. Cons: the massage. I explained multiple times that I wanted a very hard, very firm massage, and described where I wanted her to focus most of the time on. I was upsold from a 1,000 peso 'deep tissue massage' to a 1,300 peso 'therapeutic massage' in order to make this happen. She spent less than 1/3 the time on the area I requested, and it was not even close to hard pressure. Technique left a lot to be desired and none of my knots are out or muscles un-knotted. A lot of gentle rubbing of legs and arms with oil. Not at all worth it, I'd suggest finding another location or only paying for the bare minimum "relaxing massage"" ('cause that's what you're going to get anyways, based on my experience). Other cons: someone came in the room halfway through the massage, and the music was one track of some spa CD that lasted ~3 mins over, and over, and over again.
