Recepcionistas d Luxxe en torre 3 solo buscan que se les califique bien en sus encuestas al hacer check out. Nada serviciales. Los varones en cambio, ni idea pq, te ayudan de muy buena manera, en todo y con muy amena actitud. Albercas de lo mejor. Un hotel para no salir a la cd, para nada, ya que es muy muy muy muy tardado hacerlo. Kids club lo mejor de lo mejor en atención.
In facilities, the best. The restaurant service, very very attentive staff. Receptionists d Luxxe in tower 3 just want to be rated well in their surveys when checking out. Not helpful at all. Men on the other hand, no idea why, they help you in a very good way, in everything and with a very pleasant attitude. Pools of the best. A hotel not to go out to the CD, at all, since it is very, very, very long to do it. Kids club the best of the best in care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for about 3 hours and still have not made it to my room. They are heck bent on you doing a presentation, I came here because I was stressed out and needed time to relax. Instead I am sitting in the lobby with a headache hours latter wai9for room, hot shower and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T stay at the Estates! We are basically on the other side of the world and we can only use an estates golf cart to get to and from our building. We were stranded at Santaurio for over an hour waiting to get back to our building. We found and killed a massive cockroach in our room. We saw 2 raccoons at La Cantina. I have been coming here with my family since 2001 and I can tell you, this place has gone downhill - big time. Don’t waste your time or money. The drinks are weak and overpriced and if you order a glass of wine, they will only fill it 1/3 of the way. Very disappointed in this place. Or should I say, decepcionar!
