★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace aproximadamente 6 meses realice la liquidación del pago de un paquete y hasta la fecha no me han hecho llegar ningún documento que avale dicho pago, mando wathsapp para pedir que se me haga llegar a mi correo y me dejan en visto, marco a las oficinas y quedan de devolver la llamada y no lo hacen, seria la primera y última vez que visito este prestigioso lugar, porque para vender super amables y atentos ya una vez hecho el pago se olvidaron de darme la atención correspondiente, ahora mi duda es si podré viajar ya que no cuento con algún documento que avale el pago que hice que fue en las oficinas de Lázaro cárdenas, me queda muy mala experiencia ?
Tres semanas después hago una actualizacion de mi comentario anterior, que en cuanto fue publicado marque a los números que me ofrecieron y de esta manera le dieron seguimiento de forma inmediata a mi inusual situación logrando así darme un folio de mi getaway, lo cual agradezco ya que se notó bastante la diferencia en atencio y rápida respuesta, quedo conforme con el seguimiento y solución que se me dio, así que pronto podré visitar este hermoso lugar!!
Approximately 6 months ago I made the settlement of the payment of a package and to date they have not sent me any document that supports said payment, I send whatsapp to request that it be sent to my email and they leave me in seen, I mark the offices and they agree to return the call and they don't, it would be the first and last time I visit this prestigious place, because to sell super friendly and attentive and once the payment is made they forgot to give me the corresponding attention, now my question is if I can travel since I do not have any document that supports the payment I made that was in the offices of Lázaro Cárdenas, I have a very bad experience ?
Three weeks later I make an update of my previous comment, that as soon as it was published I dialed the numbers they offered me and in this way they immediately followed up on my unusual situation, thus managing to give me a folio of my getaway, which I already appreciate that the difference in attention and quick response was quite noticeable, I am satisfied with the follow-up and solution that was given to me, so soon I will be able to visit this beautiful place!!
