★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un robo completamente, me mintieron al momento de reservar, me vendieron mi estancia sin saber que tenía que tomar un tour de bienvenida en donde te hacen estar casi todo el día sin poder disfrutar de tus vacaciones, obligàndote a comprar su tiempo compartido... A parte de varias llamadas a tu cel, te hositgan durante todo el día hasta por la noche o muy temprano, hasta al teléfono de tu habitación... De verdad muy mala experiencia, no la recomiendo para nada, aparte que me salió mucho ma's caro, la comida dentro es super carísima, como si estuvieras comiendo en un restaurant de lujo de Estados Unidos, el hotel està muy apartado de la parte bonita de Vallarta, sigue todo en construction, huele mal y tienes que caminar mucho para llegar a tu habitación, es ma's infrastructura de lo que tiene de amenidades agradables, te aburres al 2o día de tu estancia...las habitaciones por dentro estàn descuidadas y se sienten viejas y según es casi nuevo el hotel... No me voy contento de aquí, luego te cobran un depósito de 5,000 pesos que no te regresan... Son unos rateros... y Las chicas de recepción muy déspotas argumentan que no està en ellas esa situación... De verdad no desperdicien su dinero aquí, no vale la pena... Te cobran por todo, el valet parking, tienes que dar propina nada ma's porque te entregan tú llave... Nefasto de verdad...
A complete robbery, they lied to me at the time of booking, they sold me my stay without knowing that I had to take a welcome tour where they make you stay almost all day without being able to enjoy your vacation, forcing you to buy their timeshare... Apart from several calls to your cell phone, they harass you throughout the day even at night or very early, even on the phone in your room... Really a very bad experience, I don't recommend it at all, apart from the fact that it came out much better expensive, the food inside is super expensive, as if you were eating in a luxury restaurant in the United States, the hotel is very far from the beautiful part of Vallarta, everything is still under construction, it smells bad and you have to walk a lot to get to your room, it is more infrastructure than it has of nice amenities, you get bored on the 2nd day of your stay... the rooms inside are neglected and feel old and as the hotel is almost new... I am not happy here , later They charge you a deposit of 5,000 pesos that you don't get back... They are thieves... and the very despotic reception girls argue that this situation is not in them... Really don't waste your money here, it's not worth it ... They charge you for everything, the valet parking, you have to tip nothing else because they give you your key... Really disastrous...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to the joy squad! Nadia, Augustin, Maria, and Irma - stayed here a few days this past month and enjoyed the activities they put on. Great staff all around with clean facilities and grounds from the front door to the beach. Spacious rooms worked well for our large group. Recommend the chicken tenders - and of course a house marg. Not sure about the timeshare stuff, didn’t happen on my end

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay. We were brought in as potential investor-time share. The free fish tacos were ok. But serious indigestion occurred due to high pressure to sign up for long term commitment. Insulted by mgr because I wanted a copy of contract to have my attorney review back in the states. Six hours lost on this these charlatans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bait and switch resort, high pressure timeshare sales is the focus. They promise you all kinds of discounts and give you a card that supposedly takes 10-50% off of all restaurants etc... In the end they removed a total of $11 off our bills from food and beverage out of $745 in charges without any explanation other than the system has exclusions. You feel trapped in this resort as it's a pain to get out to go downtown , they won't let uber in for rides. Food is triple the price of outside restaurants and poor quality. Service is terrible an snooty. Stay anywhere but here and don't waste 2 hours attending the timeshare meeting, you get nothing in exchange and they promise the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were brought to Vidanta with an offering of $649 for 7 nights stay that sounded fantastic. When we arrived there, it was a time share we went through six people trying hard to smooth talk us into investing. Wasted 6 hours of our port of call time. ??
