Me hicieron cobro adicional por el iva por transferirles el pago de la lona sin notificarme sobre esto previamente, todo lo mandan por correo y tengo respaldo de su falta de comunicación. El precio me lo dieron. Verbalmente y Pareciera fuera un acto mal intencionado ya que después de imprimir me cobraron el iva. Comprendo que esto se paga pero no hay un aviso que es precio más iva. Al final no reconocieron su error y no discupas ofrecieron. Además me entregaron la lona sin ojillos aun cuando se especificó que era con ojillos y adicionalmente la lona estaba llena de pisadas polvo y manchas del lago impreso realmente asquerosa.
Lousy customer service. They made me an additional charge for VAT for transferring the payment for the canvas without notifying me about this previously, they send everything by mail and I have support for their lack of communication. The price was given to me. Verbally and It seems to be a malicious act since after printing they charged me VAT. I understand that this is paid but there is no notice that it is price plus VAT. In the end they did not recognize their mistake and offered no apologies. In addition, they gave me the canvas without eyelets even when it was specified that it was with eyelets and additionally the canvas was full of footprints, dust and stains from the really disgusting printed lake.
