★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece increíble que a estas alturas del servicio que las empresas en general de servicio al publico inviertan en su recurso humano de tan baja calidad como es el servicio de atención personalizado al cliente tanto como del subalterno como de la "jefa" (misma que no suelta el celular en llamadas personales ) y con una actitud por demás déspota y sin ningún signo de respeto hacia el cliente del cual depende su trabajo, no tienen ningún tipó de profesionalismo el cual debería una persona que esta para dar soluciones o explicaciones referentes a un servicio de la magnitud que requiere la empresa de la cual depende, seria conveniente que los encargados de esa área tuvieran mas precaucion es sus contraciones y no contrataran "artistas"
I find it incredible that at this stage of service that companies in general of public service invest in their human resources of such low quality as is the personalized customer service of both the junior and the "boss" (same as not he drops the cell phone in personal calls) and with an attitude for other despot and without any sign of respect towards the client on which his work depends, they do not have any type of professionalism which should a person who is to give solutions or explanations regarding a service of the magnitude required by the company on which it depends, it would be convenient for those in charge of that area to take more precaution is their contractions and not to hire "artists"
