★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me pareció la forma en que te obligan de cierta forma a que antes que te den información sobre la reparación de tu pantalla tienes que pagar 400 pesos de consulta, para que te digan algo que ya sabes y los precios son ridículamente altísimos, era obvio que el panel de la pantalla que lleve estaba roro y se tenía cambiar, pero tratan de decirte que tal vez o talvez no sea necesario cambiar todo el panel, su objetivo es que les pagues ese dinero antes que que te den cualquier información importante sobre lo que te costará al final, por ejemplo mi pantalla me costó 15 mil pesos y su cotización del panel era de 13 mil, y según los paneles habían bajado de precio!!! Pues cuanto costaban antes??? Mas que la misma pantalla? Mala experiencia, sino ya no tienes garantía no lleves tu equipo ahí!

Corrijo mi reseña...la "reparación"no duró ni 10 meses, el año pasado se soltó una entrada de HDMI de mi tele, hablé a este lugar, y se tuvieron que llevar la tele para soldar la entrada.
Desde entonces, no había vuelto a usar la entrada con regularidad, y ahora que lo hice...se volvió a soltar de la misma manera.
Soy ingeniero, sé de soldadura y si hubieran hecho bien las cosas, esto no hubiera pasado otra vez.
Ahora me dicen que hay que cambiar LA TARJETA MADRE con un costo que varía de 2000 a 7000 pesos.
Trabajo mal hecho y sin garantía.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo el lugar por falta de profesionalismo, mandé a reparar mi pantalla de un problema con la tarjeta madre, a lo que el menciona era un problema del panel por lo que no acepte la reparación, cuando fui a recogerla el ya la tenía lista para que me la llevará por lo que no me dió oportunidad de revisarla para mí sorpresa cuando llegó a la casa la enciendo y tenía una líneas verticales ( ahora sí se había dañado el panel) cuando le comento el solo se escuso diciendo que de todas maneras ya estaba dañado. Muy mala experiencia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve a Vídeo tronics una tv vios de 40 pulgadas a arreglar porque no prendía, me cobraron 250 pesos por revisarla y decirme cuánto costaba repararla, hoy se reportaron conmigo para decirme que la reparación costaba 2900 pesos les pedí si me podían cobrar menos porque la tv Nueva cuesta 5 mil, entonces de muy mala manera el señor me dijo q entonces no me las acá e con el señor me dijo que si costaba 5 mil que se los diera a el por la reparación fue realmente grosero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo! Tuvo mi pantalla por más de ocho meses y ni la revisó, al final me dijo que era el display y que ya mejor comprara otra. El día de hoy me entregaron esa misma pantalla (la llevé a otro lugar) y resulta que ya está funcionando. Y para terminar me trato con tal condescendencia cuando me dió el diagnóstico, tratándome de ignorante, cuando el pobre diablo que no sabe hacer su trabajo es él. Mejor vayan a Time TV electronics.
